Angela is an independent travel advisor affiliated with Fora Travel, Inc.

This website links to inquiry forms, advisor profiles, booking tools, and other services operated by Fora. When you visit a Fora website, submit information through a Fora form, or use a Fora service, your activity is also governed by Fora's Terms of Use and Fora's Privacy Policy.

These Terms of Use govern gowithangela.com. They do not replace any terms presented by Fora, a travel supplier, an insurer, a payment processor, or another third party.

3. Travel services and suppliers

Angela may research, recommend, coordinate, or arrange travel services offered by independent third parties. These may include hotels, resorts, cruise lines, airlines, tour operators, rental-car companies, transfer providers, destination-management companies, insurers, and activity providers.

Angela does not own, operate, manage, or control these suppliers. Each supplier is responsible for the products and services it provides.

Supplier terms, conditions, privacy policies, payment schedules, change policies, cancellation policies, and other rules apply to your booking. You are responsible for reviewing and accepting those terms before authorizing a reservation or payment.

If these website terms conflict with the specific terms of Fora or a travel supplier concerning a booking or travel service, the applicable Fora or supplier terms will control that transaction or service.

4. Quotes, pricing, and availability

Travel prices, availability, schedules, amenities, exchange rates, taxes, fees, commissions, promotions, and inclusions can change without notice.

A quote, proposal, recommendation, or itinerary is not a confirmed reservation. Travel arrangements are confirmed only when the applicable supplier or booking system issues a confirmation and any required payment has been successfully processed.

Prices shown in a proposal may change before confirmation. International transactions may also be affected by currency conversions or fees imposed by a bank or payment-card provider.

Angela will disclose any applicable planning or service fee before the client authorizes that fee or the related work begins.

5. Payments

Payments for travel services are generally collected and processed by Fora, a travel supplier, or an authorized payment processor.

Customers should enter payment information through the secure system designated by Fora or the applicable supplier. Payment information should not be sent through ordinary email.

In limited situations, a supplier may require Angela to relay payment-card information supplied by the customer. In that situation, Angela will use the information only for the authorized transaction and promptly destroy any temporary written copy after providing it to the supplier.

You are responsible for reviewing the amount, currency, payment schedule, merchant name, and applicable terms before authorizing a payment.

6. Changes, cancellations, and refunds

Changes, cancellations, credits, and refunds are governed by the terms of the applicable supplier, Fora, insurer, or payment processor.

Suppliers may impose nonrefundable deposits, cancellation penalties, change fees, fare differences, or deadlines. Some payments may be fully nonrefundable from the time of purchase.

Angela may assist with an authorized change or cancellation request but cannot guarantee that a supplier will approve the request, waive a penalty, issue a credit, or provide a refund.

Processing times for refunds and credits are controlled by the applicable supplier, payment processor, or financial institution.

7. Reviewing travel documents

You are responsible for carefully reviewing all confirmations, invoices, tickets, itineraries, passenger names, dates, room categories, cabin categories, flight information, payment amounts, and other travel documents when you receive them.

Passenger names must match the identification or travel documents that will be used for the trip.

Notify Angela promptly if you identify an error or believe that a reservation does not match what you authorized. Delayed notice may limit the ability to correct an issue without additional cost.

8. Passports, visas, and entry requirements

Travelers are responsible for determining and satisfying all passport, visa, identification, immigration, health, vaccination, consent, and entry or exit requirements that apply to their itinerary.

Requirements may vary based on citizenship, residence, age, destination, transit points, criminal history, family circumstances, or other personal factors. Requirements can change after a trip is booked.

Information provided by Angela is general guidance and should be independently verified through official government sources, embassies, consulates, and qualified professionals.

U.S. travelers should review current information from the U.S. Department of State and applicable destination authorities.

Possessing the documents normally required for travel does not guarantee admission to a country. Government and border authorities retain discretion over entry.

9. Health and medical considerations

Travelers are responsible for evaluating their own health, mobility, accessibility, dietary, and medical needs before traveling.

10. Travel insurance
