What does a travel advisor do?+
A travel advisor helps you research, compare, book, and coordinate travel arrangements. Angela’s role is to understand your priorities, recommend suitable options, organize details, and offer personal support throughout the planning process.
Does it cost more to use a travel advisor?+
For many hotel and cruise bookings, Angela’s planning assistance can be complimentary because the travel supplier includes advisor compensation in its pricing. More complex trips, custom itineraries, or requests requiring extensive research and coordination may include a planning or service fee. Angela will explain the scope of work and disclose any applicable fee before planning begins.
Do you charge a planning fee?+
Many straightforward hotel and cruise bookings can be planned without an additional fee to the client. A planning fee may apply to complex or highly customized itineraries, depending on the research, coordination, and level of support involved. Any fee will be clearly disclosed and agreed upon before Angela begins the work.
Can you book flights?+
Angela can research and recommend suitable flight options. Depending on the circumstances, clients may complete airfare purchases directly with the airline.
Can you work within a budget?+
Yes. Angela welcomes value-conscious, moderate, and premium travelers. Sharing a realistic budget early helps her recommend options that align with your priorities.
Do you plan cruises?+
Yes. Angela can help compare cruise lines, ships, itineraries, cabins, pre- and post-cruise stays, transfers, and excursions.
Do you plan international trips?+
Yes. Angela plans European and other international travel and is authorized to serve clients worldwide.
What happens after I submit an inquiry?+
Angela will review your request and follow up personally to learn more about your trip, clarify any important details, discuss the planning scope, and explain the next steps. You do not need to have every part of the trip decided before reaching out.
Can I book only a hotel?+
Yes. Use the Start Planning link and note that you need a hotel-only stay. The secure Fora inquiry form is also used for hotel requests.
How are payments handled?+
Payment processes vary by supplier. In many cases, client payment details are securely provided for the supplier to process according to its schedule and terms.
What happens if plans change?+
Angela can help you understand the applicable supplier process and available options. Changes, refunds, credits, and cancellations remain subject to supplier and insurance terms.
